Rob Heron, FCPA, FCA, CFP, ICD.D, is a Partner in the Assurance and Advisory group at Kingston Ross Pasnak LLP in Edmonton, Alberta. He has been with KRP since 1993 and manages many of the firm's larger clients in the manufacturing, construction, and oil and gas services industries. Alongside his audit and assurance work, Rob gives owner-managed businesses clear, concise financial, business, and tax advice.

Experience
Rob spent the first five years of his career at KRP in the corporate tax group, where he developed specializations in corporate reorganizations, general estate planning for owner/managers, and basic tax research. He advises many organizations, with significant experience in leadership transition and business succession, changes (upwards and downwards) in the financial capacity of organizations, negotiation of key transactions, and new financing alternatives.
