Experience

Allan focuses on corporate and partnership reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and personal and corporate income tax compliance. He handles estate and tax planning for owner-managed companies and personal and corporate tax planning for family farm operations. He also supervises personal and corporate tax returns for farm clients and filings under the special farm programs open to family farm operations.

Allan has presented on many topics to clients, staff, financial institutions, farm organizations and the public, and presents regularly at farm tax conferences.
